Paradigm Construction Company is celebrating some high honors this week! Matt and Jim have always worked tirelessly to ensure that a Paradigm custom home cuts no corners and is built with the very finest materials by the most talented craftsmen, and this week all their hard work and incredible attention to detail paid off.

Paradigm’s Spring Parade of Homes showcase house was honored with three awards at this week’s award ceremony. With just seven possible awards in their price category, the privilege of being recognized with three is a significant high mark for Paradigm.

This gorgeous French country style home received first place for Best Exterior Design, generously sponsored by ProBuild. The home also received first place for Best Interior Design & Finish, sponsored by Franklin Building Supply. Lastly, Paradigm’s showcase home was awarded first place for Best Decorated – an award sponsored by Sherri’s Design Studio.

Located in the beautiful Lakemoor subdivision of Eagle, Idaho, this home is in a prime location, with the back patio and yard opening right onto Lakemoor Lake, complete with a custom water feature that cascades down to the water’s edge. We can hardly believe it, but May is just around the corner! This is an especially exciting time for Paradigm Construction Company, because May 5^th marks the opening date of the Treasure Valley’s 2012 Spring Parade of Homes. We just completed the staging of our French Country Style home in the beautiful, secluded Lakemoor subdivision of Eagle, Idaho – it’s truly one of our finest showcase homes yet. This home has all the right details: slate tile roofing for a lifetime of worry-free and leak-free living, cedar plank soffit construction, durable stucco exterior paired with genuine stone siding, stamped and treated concrete walkway and driveway, custom landscaping, and a unique, elegant design.

This home’s entryway is a sight to behold – a custom, 12-foot barrel roll ceiling, with travertine floor tiles and custom designed stain-grade alder trim and crown molding.

Just off from the entryway is a stunning study/library, with custom floor-to-ceiling solid alder shelving and wainscoting.

As you walk through the entryway, the home opens up to reveal a spacious, airy kitchen – complete with solid slab granite counter tops, Wolf appliances and Asko dishwasher, and a full-sized temperature-controlled wine room.

Visible from the kitchen is this gorgeous living area, with custom timber-beam ceiling features and travertine floors. The entire ground floor is open and filled with light, thanks to the stunning floor-length windows overlooking the Lakemoor Lake.
